[01:45] Dr. Eric Rindler was in private practice for over 20 years. Then he went back to school and got his MBA. This gave him a new lens to look at everything Dental. He started studying the dental ecosystem and looking at each stakeholder.
[03:20] He came up with a tool called Schedule Widget to increase engagement in practices.
[05:57] There's no shortage of patients out there. Less than 18% of patients go to dentists. Online scheduling needs to be available to help make it easier for patients to go.
